As each item/product purchased has different shipping costs due to size, weight and destination it is being shipped to. Midland Mowers will contact you with the freight cost that must be paid prior to the item/product leaving our store.

Midland Mowers will arrange to have your item shipped to you as soon as your payment is cleared.  All Items will be sent within 5 – 7 working days from purchase.

Should the item you have purchased not be in stock, please allow between 7 – 10 working days for it to arrive at out store. Midland Mowers will advise you of anticipated delivery, if Midland Mowers is to organise freight/courier.

Depending on size of your purchase we will send your items either by Courier service if arranged by Midland Mowers or by the means you have requested.

Items that are to sent via a courier of your chosing, please contact us to advise us the Courier Company and your Account Name and Number.

To avoid delays in receiving the goods you have purchased, it is important that you contact us by telephone on 08 92502468 to advise us of how your item is to be shipped.


Due to a few fraudulent transactions where credit cards being used on large ticket item products, the following purchase conditions now applies for all online credit card payments.

  1. If you have opted to collecting the item from our store, we ask that you please bring in the credit card you used through the shopping card to verify your purchase. This is also to protect you as the buyer, and us as the seller.
  2. If you have opted for Midland Mowers & Machinery to ship your ordered item to you via courier or road transport, we will not dispatch the goods until the customer provides a copy of either a valid driver’s license or passport.

Midland Mowers & Machinery will not tolerate fraudulent activity using stolen or phished credit cards. We will take all police and legal avenues to ensure that fraudsters are caught.
